Have bought two properties with Shad and have only the most positive things to say: professional, caring, polite, keen, interested. And none of this simply goes away after sale closes. Shad helped me buy my first condo back in 2014. Our good friend suggested we call Shad for some advice and insight as to what we should expect and we are so glad we did. He took the time to listen and never once pushed us to do anything we weren’t comfortable with. We appreciated his very candid advice throughout and he was never “salesy”.
