We use Shad Azar for both a sale and a purchase. He was very personable, and patient and provided great advice during our search. Once we liked a property, he set the wheels in motion. Within two weeks we sold over asking and bought under the asking price. Me Azar is highly recommended!

Our good friend suggested we call Shad for some advice and insight as to what we should expect and we are so glad we did. He took the time to listen and never once pushed us to do anything we weren’t comfortable with. We appreciated his very candid advice throughout and he was never “salesy”.
