Our good friend suggested we call Shad for some advice and insight as to what we should expect and we are so glad we did. He took the time to listen and never once pushed us to do anything we weren’t comfortable with. We appreciated his very candid advice throughout and he was never “salesy”. We ended up getting more than what we expected for our house and bought on our favourite street. We would definitely recommend him and his team to our friends and family.[read more]

As first time home buyers, Shad was an amazing support. He was not pushy or aggressive with us, but kept us on track for success. He explained everything really well and would reach out consistently informing us on how the market was doing, etc. I cannot recommend Shad enough!
